Project Management
A follower of PMI's prescribed methodologies including Agile and Scrum
My Approach is to Keep things Simple...
Prepare User Stories
Project is initiated by Business or Users wants and needs. Capturing both correctly will ensure project delivery quality and prevent any gap in delivery.
Initiate Phase
Developing project charter and identifying stakeholders is the next crucial item in the project initiation stage.
Planning Phase
Developing a project management plan while managing scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholders.
Execution Phase
Communication plays the biggest part while integration, quality, HR, procurement and stakeholder expectation management continues.
Monitor/Control Phase
Avoiding any changes in the core planning is critical factor for success. From integration, scope creep, time, costs, quality, procurement and stakeholder management is key.
Closing Phase
Project success or closing requires closing of integration and procurement management. At the same time stakeholders and Product Owner should be signing off the closing.
