My strategy and planning includes but not limited to -

  • Product Analyst & SCRUM Master

    Led end-to-end modernization of Kenvue Inc.'s Zyrtec Allergycast as Product Analyst/Scrum Master, transforming its architecture for scalability. Managed global cross-functional teams, migrated Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket from Johnson & Johnson to Kenvue, and delivered seven digital initiatives, enhancing CI/CD pipelines and API stack to boost DevOps.

  • SCRUM Master & Product Manager

    Led the development of a scalable DXP to unify Kenvue brand site delivery. Rebuilt and launched Zyrtec and Benadryl websites, cutting platform costs by 42% and speeding deployments by 35%. Integrated the AllergyCast app with the Zyrtec site, boosting user adoption by 20%, and migrated to the Google API to reduce costs by $60K annually and improve data accuracy by 99.8%

  • SCRUM Master & Product Manager

    Led a global Agile team of 30+ across four countries for Johnson & Johnson, delivering key features and aligning monthly releases with brand goals. Streamlined workflows ensured GxP, legal, and privacy compliance, and enhanced CX by integrating a storefront, cart, and loyalty-driven promotions. Introduced High Performing Team delivery by successfully Agile coaching and adoption.

  • Digital Project & Product Manager

    Led cross-functional team at Infinite Electronics and provided Agile coaching to migrate twelve legacy sites to a unified Magento eCommerce platform, streamlining brand management. Executed a complete cloud migration of Microsoft Dynamics Navision to Dynamics 365, modernizing ERP systems and reducing data center reliance. Acted as a Servant Leader by bridging stakeholders and the delivery team to execute smooth and collaborative Change Management efforts.

  • Digital Project Manager

    Led complex eCommerce projects and products at Conns HomePlus across Magento (Adobe Commerce), IBM AS400, and MuleSoft, integrating credit systems and platform enhancements. Managed B2B/B2C cycles within AWS CI/CD, led a 22-member hybrid SCRUM team delivering epics/KTLO through Agile Frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and partnered with stakeholders to prioritize backlog and maintain documentation across JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

  • IT Project Manager

    Completed working on three major projects for New Zealand's iconic company, e-commerce development, and the implementation of Animates Holdings New Zealand Limited. I completed Digital Transformation for Animates. This includes Office 365 implementation, new eCommerce development, and implementing a new retail management system (LS Retail).

  • Senior Group IT Projects & Support Manager

    Involved with the Management team to bring in New Zealand's iconic private education brands under a single group - Intueri Education Group (IEG), which became New Zealand's first publicly listed Education corporation. Completed more than 42 projects in a span of 4 years, all over New Zealand and in Australia.

  • IT Manager

    Full involvement with management to consolidate acquired schools/businesses with the existing ones of the New Zealand School of Education successfully. This also involved building a WAN, creating policies and processes to manage the Office 365 platform, a virtualized environment, Apple Mac integration within the Windows AD environment, and running a specialised application to support animation rendering through a clustered IT infrastructure.

    Managing the Raffles New Zealand campus development and deployment project, ensuring the construction, development, and deployment are completed at a record time. Received the Raffles Management award for completing the project successfully at a record time and under budget.
