Every customer is unique. That’s why my approach to any project is building a customized plan for every single customer which fits their needs. Whether it is a simple strategy or a comprehensive effort, I will sit down with you, listen to your requests, and prepare a customized plan. 


My strategy and planning includes but not limited to -

  • Building Project Communication Platform for up-to-date information and collaboration.
  • Building Steering Committee to drive business ownership of the project.
  • Find the Subject Matter Experts (SME) and have them trained and operate as a team in the project smartly.
  • Task and Time  management integrations.
  • Identify Tasks impacting  Business and Prioritizing  them.
  • Build Knowledgebase  and create a hub to share them.
  • Project Task, Gantt and Milestone  status platform.
  • Ensuring no Gap in Information and Communications.
  • Putting a Risk Mitigation  plan in place.
  • Work on Projected and Actual Budget  with the Financial Controller.

Key Positions So Far...

IT Project Manager (Contractor)

Completed working on 3 major projects for New Zealand's iconic company Animates Holdings New Zealand Limited. I completed Digital Transformation for Animates. This includes Office 365 implementation, new eCommerce development and implementing new retail management system (LS Retail).
Senior Group IT Projects & Support Manager
Involved with the Management team to bring in New Zealand's iconic private education brands under single group - Intueri Education Group (IEG) which became New Zealand's first Public Listed Education Corporate. Completed more than 42 projects in span of 4 years all over New Zealand and in Australia.

IT Manager (Infrastructure)

Full involvement with management to consolidate acquired schools/businesses with the existing ones of New Zealand School of Education successfully. This also involved building WAN, creating policy and processes to manage Office 365 platform, virtualized environment, Apple Mac integration within Windows AD environment and running specialised application to support animation rendering through clustered IT infrastructure.

IT Manager (Business & Infrastructure)

Managing Raffles New Zealand campus development and deployment project ensuring the construction, development and deployment is completed at a record time. Received Raffles Management award for completing the project successfully at a record time and under budget.
