My formal employers and customers hired me to complete their projects professionally as per the approved plan, accordance with standards and guidelines within budget, on time, with change management and risk mitigation plan in place. One of the most significant roles I played as a Project Manager is the Gate Keeper of change requests.


I have been an entrepreneur and worked in public and private companies in New Zealand, Australia, and abroad. I am now settled in Houston Texas USA. It's an exciting time to manage projects across various digital transformations currently taking place in Public, Government, and Private sectors.

I am not boring! I am a musician, and I have released three albums and a few singles. I am also a photographer and was a finalist at the 2012 Canon EOS5 APAC Creative Photography competition. Composing music or photography requires project management methodologies. Besides music and photography - I love outdoor, sharing my knowledge as a speaker, and playing various sports. I love gadgets and into trial information technology solutions which are disrupting the industry and introducing opportunities. This experience allows me to help my clients & employers reach their full potential with the help of cutting edge tried and tested information technology services and business solutions. My various roles in IT industry over the years has given me the confidence and expertise to handle projects for people who have vision and ideas but does not know to bridge the gap with the help of technology to make their dream a reality.

I have had the privileges to work with businesses from startups to their maturity stage. I have been working with some of the fantastic entrepreneurs for the last 15 years. I understand culture and diversity. My solution and discussion are always transparent and straightforward. I not only speak technical but also business language to make my client understand how well I have followed their business, processes, expectations, and the challenges that they are facing. I believe in simplicity, and my solutions are straightforward and transparent. Technology is integrated to make the business process faster and error free. Not to mention making it less complicated. What I Do Best


Even though in post Waterfall methodology era of Agile everything - drawing up a proper project plan is still a pride of any project manager. It is because the typical questions asked by clients remains the same. Queries always include the timeframe of the project or task completion, cost of phases, what and how will it be delivered. Most importantly, the project plan helps you ascertain whether the project is on track or not. My project plan will always include phases of projects, tasks in each stage, task start and end dates, interdependencies, and milestones. Dynamic Gantt chart is my favorite, and in some cases, I put together Power BI dashboard for interactive visual reporting.

Project initiation is triggered often by the needs and wants of the departments. In most cases, stakeholders start without any formal planning. The common assumption is, it is going to be simple and manageable. No project procedures followed. Very little communication takes place between departments and teams. Suddenly budgets are over-run. Business finds themselves in a sticky situation. Sometimes so-called PMO is established, but no one takes the initiatives to introduce the daily standup procedures or methodologies. There are hypes about Agile and Hybrid, but no training or change management in place!
